We are looking for a FULL TIME (40hrs/week) floral designer to join our team! As a full service florist, we design everything from corsages and boutonnieres to everyday bouquets to weddings, events and funerals. Creating them efficiently and professionally is always the goal.

Your primary responsibility is in design but all of our designers are a support, or back up, to our sales staff during busy or short handed times so you must have basic computer and communication skills as you will be required to help customers by phone or in person.

We are looking for a creative, organized, efficient employee that is dependable and a great team player. Experience in floral design is a huge bonus but is not a requirement for this position as we have a rigorous design training program for all of our new designers. You must be able to stand on your feet for long periods, progress quickly in design techniques, have basic computer skills, organization skills, and working under time pressure. Designing flowers to our standard is definitely a learned skill and requires someone with high self confidence, someone who is teachable, and willing to try really hard.
