• Operate heat press machines for applying graphics to t-shirts, hats, and other apparel.
• Organize and maintain the production area for efficiency and cleanliness.
• Assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment.
• Support the shipping department with order fulfillment as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of production materials and supplies.
• Ensure all production tasks meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Follow organizational procedures and safety guidelines to uphold a clean and functional workspace.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting with related tasks as needed.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Detail-oriented and able to follow production processes accurately.
• Capable of using MS Office applications.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Good time management and task prioritization.
• Experience with inventory control is a plus.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Reports To:

• The Warehouse Associate will report to Operations Management

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in apparel production, screen printing, or heat pressing is a plus but not required.

Work Hours:

• Part time to full-time available, hourly, rate to be based on qualifications
