We work a host of colorful clientele such as musicians, cowboys, influencer's, and are at the heart of many events! Experience in is not required and we provide degrees of hatter training. We are looking for someone who is humble, self motivated, artistic and innovative. Ultimately we are looking for someone to grow with our company.

The craft teaches a diverse set of skills including: Leatherwork, sewing, shaping, working with adhesives, and cleaning techniques specific to the hatter industry. A Strong ability to see symmetry, differentiate between colors & color tones are4896 required. A wonderful talent to work with your hands and nimble fingers to transform materials and to create shapes in felt with great detail are also required to match our customers requests and our high quality standards. With those great talents combined with an eye for style, you will find great joy in using your strengths to serve our wonderful friends and customers. Previous seamstress, pottery, art, carpentry, or wood working experience would be an advantage in your training. The work hours are Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30 with 2 Saturdays per month as necessary for sales and shaping help.

• Must be able to Differentiate between colors and different color tones
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time.
• Must be able to physically handle the work that requires pushing, pulling, & lifting 20-40lbs of force to apply the materials to the molds.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
