Warner & Associates Construction is a commercial general contractor located in Spanish Fork, UT. We are currently seeking to fill a superintendent job position that will oversee multi-million-dollar projects. We specialize in doing work for the LDS Church, School Districts, Municipalities, the State of Utah, and Private Developers. Candidate must have at least 5-7 years of experience as a superintendent. A company vehicle or monthly allowance will be provided for transportation. Health insurance, 401(k), and paid-time-off are provided to all full-time employees.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion. 

Because of our clientele whom we work for, a high standard is placed on all our employees. Our employees must dress appropriately without any offensive language or images. Absolutely no alcohol or smoking on the job sites, and our employee will be subjected to random drug testing.

Please include with your resume a list of the last 10-15 projects that you acted as a Superintendent. The description of your projects should include the following: Project Name, Project Location, Project Valuation, & Project’s Scope of Work.

• Oversees daily operation of multi-million dollar construction projects
• Organizes, coordinates, and schedules all subcontractors for their project
• Keep the project on schedule and informs all subcontractors of the schedule
• Understands plans and specifications created for each project
• Inspects construction work to enforce conformity to specifications
• Enforces work safety rules
• Holds weekly safety meetings with all workers on the project
• Fills out Daily Reports
• Attendance to all Subcontractor Meetings
• Coordination and oversight of deliveries from other suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordination of manpower through Project Manager
• Inspect and oversee the SWPPP for the project

• Professional communication skills and technical writing abilities
• Knows how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to conduct themselves in a professional manner with others including owners, architects and subcontractors
• High level of organization and planning abilities, multi-tasking

• A High School Diploma or GED required
• BA in Construction Management Preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-million dollar projects
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential
• Must have good command of the English language, oral and written
