Job Description

The Account Manager will be actively involved with our customers overseeing each request, handling grievances and complaints, and quality control for specific clients. The Account Manager will work closely with and report directly to the Director of Payer Accounts for provider collaboration, network adequacy, and request oversight.

  • Excellent communication skills. You'll be calling and emailing providers so you cannot hide behind a voicemail or delayed email responses.
  • Have a keen eye for details. This is highly important when reviewing each request.
  • Experience with Google Apps and products

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Evolve's proprietary software to manage requests on a daily basis; including quality control, dispatch providers, reroute requests, monitor underbidding, and close out approved jobs.
  • Maintain correspondence with providers, regarding questions they have, follow-up, and order entry
  • Oversee each request received for accuracy and compliance
  • The process involves planning, routing & re-routing requests to providers, confirming appointments, and assuring jobs are completed in a timely manner
  • Occasionally, work with the Provider Relations team on network development
  • Keeping up with new daily requests
  • Hosting partner meetings to go over high-profile cases, data trends, and circumvent potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic computer experience
  • College degree (at least 4 yrs) preferred
  • Knowledge of the residential construction industry preferred
