National Construction Specialties (NCS) is a concrete finishing/treatment company specializing in concrete grinding and polishing, densifying, epoxy coatings and joint caulking. We have been in business for over 35 years; servicing the commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry.

NCS is looking to hire general construction laborers to experienced concrete polishers and caulkers. **Wage for experienced grinders, polishers and caulkers depends on experience. Please submit resume to ncsconcretepolishing@gmail.com

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours a day
• Construction background preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift 40lbs or more
• Knowledge in operating power tools (hand grinders, vacuum, etc.) helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have transportation to and from jobsite
• Able to stay on task and complete assigned work in a timely manner
• Fast learner
• Able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Self driven and motivated
• Eager to work hard, not afraid to get dirty
• Must pass pre-employment drug test

Wage is based on experience. After a 90 day probation period, employee will be eligible for a pay increase depending on work quality and performance.
