Submit bid requests to estimating, Create job tickets and POs with attention to detail. Monitor and report the production flow of jobs to assure delivery schedules. Provide updates to customer and sales team. Partner with sales team to provide quality customer satisfaction. Update current jobs list with accurate status and due dates. Maintain delivery lists, Maintain pricing information with confidentiality, project a professional appearance and demeanor, participate in production and sales meetings, support other CSRs as needed. Speaking, reading and typing English is a must.
Must speak, read, understand, and type English. Understanding of commercial printing helpful but not required, specific training as needed. Dependability a must, ability to multitask, and organize priorities, communicate effectively with others. Excellent written and verbal skills needed, working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Work, Excel, Outlook, etc. Self motivated to follow up and complete tasks.
