We are a growing residential and commercial cleaning company seeking a Female Crew Leader/Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee a cleaning crew of 2-3 cleaners and drive the company van to various job sites throughout the day.

️ Lead and manage a cleaning team to ensure exceptional service

️ Participate in cleaning tasks alongside the team as needed

️ Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols

️ Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment in the company van

️ Document and report job details, completed tasks, and any issues to the office

️ Build and maintain positive client relationships, addressing feedback or concerns professionally

️ Safely drive the company van to scheduled job locations

️ Ensure compliance with company standards for time management and task completion

️ Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures

️ Communicate effectively with clients and team members

️ Conduct final inspections to guarantee cleaning meets our quality standards

️ Handle on-site issues promptly and professionally

️ Previous experience in cleaning services or team management is preferred (but not required).

️ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

️ Strong leadership and organizational skills.

️ Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual is a must!).

️ Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.

We’re looking for a reliable Crew Leader to join our team! This is a full-time position with open availability required.

Workdays: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Start Time: Arrive at the office in West Valley by 8:15 AM. Teams depart by 8:30 AM.

End Time: Varies between 3:00-6:00 PM based on workload. Some days may finish earlier or later depending on the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service.

• Ensure timely departure from the warehouse and coordination with team members.

• Clock in when leaving the warehouse and clock out upon returning.
