We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician/Handyman to support our Property Maintenance Team. This role offers a wide variety of work—from routine service requests and unit turnovers to full-scale renovations.

• Perform general repairs and handle service requests promptly
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants
• Assist with remodeling projects and property upgrades
• Perform maintenance tasks, including:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Flooring
• Painting
• HVAC (certification is a plus)
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Communicate effectively with tenants and team members

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience in multi-unit property maintenance or handyman work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• HVAC certification is a plus
• Must pass a background check to enter occupied units
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and using ladders

• Must have own tools and transportation (gas allowance provided for travel between properties)
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record required
• Smartphone required to receive work orders, emails, and texts
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Availability to respond promptly to calls throughout the day
