Litigation attorney needed to handle overflow work as a contract attorney; Position will likely become a permanent full-time position if desired. We are a small firm (2-3 attorneys) in Draper seeking help with our current caseload. This person must be able to work as a team, learn new skills, and gain competency in new areas efficiently and confidently.  Most of the work will focus on court pleadings and litigation in connection with contested probate estates and other civil litigation.  Applicant must be able and willing to perform research, draft pleadings and make court appearances.  Must have at least five years of experience as a practicing attorney and be a licensed Utah attorney or be eligible to become such.   Schedule is flexible.
