Job Description

We are looking for a full time Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative for our Insurance office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet incoming customers
  • Need to have great customer service
  • Need to be able to multi-task
  • Needs to be a self starter, and motivated, and can work well on their own
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Answering phones
  • Making outgoing calls to get information requested
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning
  • Processing notes in agency management system
  • Creating and following up on to do pends
  • Attaching documents
  • Processing cancellations
  • Calling clients for payments
  • Running errands

Qualifications

We are looking for someone that has had 1 to 2 years customer service experience. Has experience using basic Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

If you have any experience working in insurance that is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone that is looking for long term employment, with potential for growth in responsibilities and pay.

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 3 or 5 pm. Must be prompt and on time. Pay is DOE.

Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
