We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Main Window Cleaning Technician. While no experience is needed and we will train the right candidate, we are looking for someone who is self motivated, moves quickly and efficiently and will be respectful to customers and the properties they will work at. The right candidate will possess an ability to work independently without supervision but also work well with a team and be able to direct other employees.

• Clean windows inside and outside the home
• Maintain and repair small tools and equipment to maximize work efficiency
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Leave our customers worksites cleaner than you found them
• Follow company policies and always be respectful to our customers
• Be able and willing to work on ladders at heights
• Ask for help when needed
• Polite and willingness to serve and help
• Take initiative and manage other window cleaning technician

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs ladders and equipment
• Drivers License and have a good driving record
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in the elements
• Be teachable
• Have a strong work ethic

Experienced candidates start at $20 per hour or more depending on work history and experience.

Non-Experienced candidates start at $18/hour for a 14-day training, then $20-23/hour depending on speed and quality of workmanship.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
