Your job would be to prepare assembly drawings and CNC cut files. Using 3D renderings, shop drawings and a descriptive work order you will use AutoCAD to create production-ready CNC cut files and assembly drawings of products using existing production methods, as well as figuring out new production methods to create unique products. The detailer will work with sales, estimating, design and production teams to deliver accurate detailed drawings that will guide fabricators during production. You will also work partly as a fabricator.

Make use of AutoCAD software to prepare 2D & 3D production drawings

Create production ready CNC cut files and assembly drawings

Willing to work regular overtime hours to meet project deadlines

Manage pre-production side of each project and make sure all CNC parts for a project are given

Flexibility to change priorities

Problem solving skills, creativity and willingness to learn

Experience in AutoCAD (1-2 years recommended)

Previous CNC detailing, programming and operating

Understanding of various fabrication methods and construction

Work experience in other fields related to production or construction

Pay will be determined by experience!
