Addictive Behavior Motor Works is a woman-owned motor shop with 14 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in servicing all types of motorcycles and are an independent dealership for Big Dog and Ural. Located in downtown Salt Lake City, we take pride in providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining a strong reputation in the powersports community. 

Compensation and Benefits:

Salaried pay starting at $5,000

Medical insurance included.

Regular schedule from Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues after one year of employment.

Computer competency and manual literacy

Arriving to work on time

Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on motorcycles

Conduct thorough inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues.

Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, following manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of customer requests.

Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and hours worked.

Ability to install and balance, tires and wheels.

Strong work ethic

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a shop environment, specifically with motorcycles.

Valid motorcycle endorsement.

US citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.

Certifications in powersports or motorcycle repair are preferred.
