Description of Position: PM will be responsible for all aspects of the construction process, overseeing & allocating resources from conception through to completion. You MUST have an excellent background in customer service! This position will require excellent communication skills, technical skill, as well as leading & directing your teams. Projects can vary from residential to commercial with PM managing several moving project parts simultaneously. PM will need to be a highly capable individual, multi-task oriented with exceptional leadership skills!   

Maintain an excellent relationship with the customers!

·       Build & maintain inhouse tech’s, subs, vendors, etc 

·       Work with BMR Estimators (est. rev & expense)

·       Make sure all projects are up to code

·       Gather permits / work with engineer & architects

·       Leading project planning sessions (benchmarks)

·       Managing project progress and adapt work as required

·       Ensuring projects meet budget, scope & deadlines

·       Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

·       Designing and signing off on contracts (change-orders)

·       Overseeing incoming & outgoing project documentation

·       Leading tender process i.e. design, submission, review

·       Design handoff from mitigation to reconstruction 

·       Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

·       Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

·       Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

Good to have one or more degrees in the following fields:

·       Engineering

·       IT or Computer Science

·       Business or Business Administration

·       Management

Additionally, Project Managers should possess high levels of the below skills

·       Multiple software skills 

·       Excellent customer service skills!

·       Written and verbal communication skills  

·       Capacity to manage high stress situations

·       Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

·       Leadership skills

·       Big-picture thinking and vision

·       Attention to detail

·       Conflict resolution skills 

Compensation: Base + Commission

Estimate annual income: $50K to $100K+ depending on individuals skill level 

·      Base: $50K to $70K

·      PM Commission: $0K to $30K+
