We are looking for a 1099 Contract Residential Maintenance Technician to help with basic residential work requests and rental unit turnovers. Basic handy person skills required. Technicians will be responsible for visiting tenant rental units to make repairs as needed. $30 -$35 / HR based on experience. YOU MUST SUBMITTING A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE(COI) TO BE CONSIDERED.  THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACT POSITION

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Service and repair throughout the salt lake valley 
• The position is Monday through Friday

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation, work truck required
• Criminal background check required
• Certificate Of Liability Insurance REQUIRED
