We are a growing subcontractor based in Utah, currently seeking a reliable and experienced Excavation Foreman to lead our crews on a variety of commercial and residential job sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a solid background in excavation and earthwork, who can ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise excavation crews and coordinate daily job site activities.
• Operate and oversee the use of heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times.
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grading layouts.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, site supervisors, and company leadership.
• Track materials, crew hours, and progress to help maintain schedules and deadlines.
• Train and mentor crew members to ensure high-quality work.

• 1+ years of experience in excavation, site work, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of excavation processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
