Based in Utah | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Overtime

We’re a fast-growing subcontractor looking for a hands-on, experienced Excavation Foreman to take the lead on commercial and residential job sites across Utah. If you know dirt work, lead by example, and can keep crews running safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.

• Lead excavation crews on-site and manage daily job operations
• Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.)
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grading layouts
• Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are always followed
• Communicate with general contractors, site supervisors, and management
• Track materials, labor hours, and job progress to stay on schedule
• Train and mentor crew members to maintain high work quality

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of excavation or site work experience (Foreman experience strongly preferred)
• Solid knowledge of excavation equipment and processes
• Ability to read construction plans and grading layouts
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team effectively
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
