Zone Architecture Studio is seeking an applicant with 3-5 years experience in Commercial Architecture. The applicant needs to be self-motivated and have good communication and management skills.

Our projects focus on ground up commercial shell, tilt construction, commercial interiors, new and remodel office build outs, restaurant and retail spaces and build to suit.

• Manage aspects of design from initial concept through construction
• Site planning
• Working with City requirements on pre-development
• Preliminary office space plans
• Drafting of construction documents
• Project scope definition
• Interior and exterior finish material selection
• Working with clients to meet or exceed their project needs and goals
• Coordinating architectural design with engineers
• Coordinating with contractors during construction
• Possible attendance at marketing events
• Assistance in developing and maintenance of project standards

• Revit (REQUIRED)
• Coordinating as needed in AutoCAD
• Rendering in Twinmotion (a plus)
• Collaboration in Bluebeam
• Good communication and confidence a must
• Optional experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Photography
