We're looking for a highly organized Office Manager with experience using QuickBooks and HubSpot (or other CRM). In this role, you will be responsible for AR, product quotes, arranging trucking and managing day-to-day office operations.

Full-time position, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F. Includes paid holidays, PTO, health benefits, 401(K) and opportunity to work with really cool people and great customers.

Pay: $21 to $28 per hour depending on your work ethic

• Handle the general operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and customer orders
• Making people happy they contacted us
• Prepare quotes, sales orders and customer invoicing
• Plan and coordinate company events and meetings
• Arranging trucks to move our products to our customers

• Bachelors degree in anything that shows you can attend and successfully complete college. (Of course, something in business would be helpful)
• 1-2 years or more of relevant experience to show you know what you're getting into and actually like it.
• Experience with HubSpot (or other CRM) is an absolute must. If you've never used a CRM you just won't get it. We need to know that you get how companies communicate with customers in 2025.
