As our Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Payroll Review
• Certified Payroll
• Quarterlies / W-2s
• Payroll Liability Payments
• Workers Comp Monthly Reporting
• Workers Comp Audits
• Arizona TPT tax reporting
• Company Credit Card Reconciliations
• Mortgage Payments
• Commercial Customer Billings
• Liability Insurance Audits
• 1099s

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations
• Proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks (experience with NetSuite is a major plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
