American Land & Leisure has been managing Campgrounds, Day Use Area’s and Boat Launches for over 35 years and in 9 states across the country.

• This is a Part-Time, Seasonal, Remote position, but trainings and meetings will occur at the Pleasant Grove Corporate Office.
• Season is from April 28th until October 3rd.
• Candidates must have their own computer and internet service. We provide the rest.
• The position will be Monday - Friday, for 4 hours each day (times to be determined).
• This position pays $12.00 per hour with $15 per month internet reimbursement.

* Answer phone calls and emails.

* Help Guests (research answers to customer requests for refunds, make and cancel reservations, answer questions and help with concerns and complaints).

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Customer service and phone experience.

* Skilled in using a computer

* Confident in written and verbal communications.

* Possess Camping knowledge.

* Is a team player.

* Able to manage their time and prioritize.

* Must have own computer and internet service.

* Must live within 1 hour of the Corporate Office in Pleasant Grove, Utah
