Job Description

REDX is looking to add to its Inside Sales Team. REDX is a SaaS provider in the Real Estate/Proptech space. REDX provides leads and prospecting tools to real estate professionals and has helped generate billions of dollars in revenue for its clients. We’re looking for the right person to join our team and break records with us!

About the Job

The Inside Sales Team is the highest-producing channel for new accounts at REDX. You’ll work an aggressive 40 hours (but rarely more) in a blended environment, taking inbound calls from interested prospects and making at least 100 outbound calls daily to warm leads. Prospects will know who you are and have some knowledge of what REDX can do to help their business. This is an in-office role based out of our Orem, UT headquarters. At the end of your shift, you’ll be able to leave work without having to be a slave to your job till late into the evening. We strive for a work/life balance that allows you to thrive in other areas of your life besides your job.

What you’ll need to bring to the table

  • The ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication skills: this role will fail or succeed on your ability to communicate ideas to the prospect over the phone or via email
  • Excellent judgment: we won’t micromanage you, so you have to be able to make good decisions based on the available information
  • An eagerness to learn: if you think you know everything about sales, then this probably isn’t the role for you. We’re looking for people who continually want to increase their knowledge and skills.
  • A desire to win: you’re naturally competitive and don’t let things keep you from reaching objectives

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior consultative sales experience.
  • Prior SaaS sales experience.
  • Professional real estate experience.
