Inside Sales Representative - High Energy, High Impact

About REDX

REDX is a leader in the Real Estate SaaS space. Our lead-generation platform helps real estate professionals grow their business faster. We’re scaling quickly and are looking for results-driven individuals to grow with us.

The Role

This is a performance-based sales position focused on warm leads. You will be responsible for converting inbound interest and conducting outbound prospecting. You will speak with motivated professionals, qualify their needs, and guide them to the right REDX solution.You’ll work within a fast-moving, results-first sales culture built to reward initiative, ownership, and execution.

There are no ceilings on commission or the amount of opportunity, as long as you are driven and willing to work for it.

What We’re Looking For

  • Competitive mindset and a drive to win
  • Confidence in communicating over the phone
  • Comfortable owning a quota and pushing past it
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt in real-time
  • Comfortable working independently without constant direction

Preferred Experience

  • B2B or SaaS sales
  • Consultative or high-volume sales
  • Real estate industry exposure
