This is a clinical position working alongside MDs and APPs. We have two locations: one in West Jordan and the other in Ogden, UT. This role requires some travel between locations, which can be discussed further during the interview.

• Room patients after obtaining vitals and relevant medical history, documenting the information in the EMR.
• Scribe clinic notes in the EMR.
• Collect and accurately enter medication history into the EMR.
• Order lab tests and imaging as requested by the providers.
• Professionally handle patient phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Prepare charts in advance and assist with completing patient paperwork as requested.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
• Obtain prior authorizations for treatments and procedures.
• Greet, check in, and check out patients, ensuring a smooth clinical workflow.

Hours are negotiable and postion can be part-time/full time.
