TierOne Real Estate is a successful Real Estate company and has been operating in Utah for over 20 years. We are looking for a Residential Handyman to work on our Residential Property Management Team. This position requires the selectee to drive to and perform maintenance at rental properties throughout the Salt Lake valley and surrounding areas. The work can vary daily from shoveling snow or mowing lawns in the morning to fixing leaking faucets or other minor maintenance in the afternoon. Some after-hours, on-call time is required monthly. The position offers an exciting, diverse, no day is ever the same work environment with the great benefit of financial stability.

The perfect person for this position would be organized, handy in most all trades, is able to catch on quickly, and can maintain a professional attitude in stressful situations. Prior experience with general property maintenance is helpful. As well as the ability to competently interact with computers and electronically document work using computer programs, pictures, and your telephone.

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, yard care, snow removal. Heavy lifting is required. Performance of routine preventative maintenance. Coordinate and schedule maintenance work orders. High level of communication and organization. Applicants MUST HAVE appropriate tools to perform general handyman tasks daily including a truck with the ability to tow a company supplied trailer, and a smart telephone required.

Overtime work may be required. And successful background check will be performed.
