This position involves a wide variety of “hands-on” skill as well as an ability to communicate with clients, contractors and co-workers. You'll be trained, and eventually be responsible for managing people in the field (a small in-house crew) and completing the work that CCS would specifically be responsible for performing. Employee must complete on-site construction work and manage client expectations or requests.

Specific Expectations

· “Hands-on” carpentry work including, but not limited to, the following:

• Interior framing work
• Tile flooring and showers
• LVP installation.
• Interior millwork and trim
• Painting

· General construction work

· Project clean-up

· Supervision of field personnel (both CCS staff & sub-contractors)

· Client contact for project coordination & product selection

· Completion of field reports

· Ordering of necessary supplies and project-specific materials

· Schedule project timelines for the purpose of project completion and sub-contractor coordination.

· Meeting with city inspectors

· Punch list creation and completion

· Obtain materials from suppliers and retail locations

· Other tasks as assigned by Creative Construction Solutions.
