We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Coatings Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the application of various concrete coatings, including epoxy coatings, concrete polishing, joint filling, and sealing. The ideal candidate will follow instructions from the foreman, ensure quality workmanship, and adhere to safety protocols on site. Pay ranges depending on experience with these scopes.

Job Duties:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help get the job ready, do the work, and finish it as directed by the foreman.
• Follow all safety rules to keep the site safe.
• Use tools and equipment carefully and correctly.
• Make sure your work hours are logged correctly by the end of each pay period.
• Let the foreman know if any equipment isn’t working or if you see anything unsafe.
• Keep tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Share information and photos with the foreman for daily reports.
• Work quickly to meet deadlines, which might include overtime or weekend work.
• Follow the foreman’s instructions and do high-quality work.
• Help clean up the work site at the end of each day.
• Take part in training and learn new skills when offered.
• Work well with your teammates and communicate to keep the project running smoothly.
• Keep track of materials and let the foreman know what’s used or needed.
• Share any ideas you have for improving the work with the foreman or supervisor.
• Perform different concrete coating tasks, like filling joints, polishing concrete, sealing it, and applying epoxy coatings.

Willingness to Learn: Open to training and developing new skills related to concrete coatings.

Experience (Good but not required): Previous experience in concrete coatings, epoxy applications, concrete polishing, or sealing is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with foremen and other crew members.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering high-quality work and maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Flexibility: Willing to work overtime, weekends, or evenings as needed to meet project deadlines. Go out of town/state on occasion

Hours may vary due to the nature of the construction industry. Some days will be long days while others may not have a job scheduled that day.
