If you have experience in roofing, electrical, or metalwork, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Install permanent lighting systems on residential and commercial properties

• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times (ladder and electrical safety)

• Use tools to install custom aluminum tracks for LED lights

• Work with customers on-site, explaining product features and recommending upgrades

• Provide app usage training to customers and ask for referrals and 5-star reviews

• Organized and detail oriented

• Problem solver

• 2+ years of installation experience (roofing, electrical, or similar work)

• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Team-oriented with a growth mindset

• Experience with metalworking is a plus but not required

• This is a physically demanding role. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

• Growth opportunities available, including supervisory roles and the chance to help expand into new territories.

• Pay is piece-rate based on the linear feet installed.

• This is a full-time job for the season. During this time you will be an independent contractor. Top performers will be offered a position for next year after the busy season.
