Full-Time HVAC Technicians, Lead Installers, and Apprentice Installers needed for established locally-owned Utah County HVAC company. Pay is dependent on your previous experience and/or ability to learn and apply yourself and take upon more responsibilities.

We are looking for experienced Lead and Apprentice Installers to join our team full-time. Lead Installers will lead and work with the help of apprentice installers and apply their technical skills and knowledge to install, start up/troubleshoot new systems, install ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems, gas line and some water heaters in residential, commercial and new construction settings. We are looking for experienced techs with 1-3+ years of experience but less experience is fine for apprentice/helpers. Pay is dependent on your previous experience or ability to learn and apply yourself and take on more responsibilities. Must be dependable, honest, and friendly with customers.

• 1-3+ Years of experience preferred but not required.

• Working knowledge of national codes and best practices preferred.

• Working knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and air flow preferred

• Basic certifications: EPA Certified or willingness to get certified

         Lead Installers should have RMGA certification.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Self-starter & attention to detail.

• Good communication skills
