We are looking for a general house cleaner. We offer all inclusive residential cleaning services. This means you will be doing all types of cleaning including carpet cleaning, windows, deep cleaning appliances, walls, baseboards, floors, bathrooms, etc. Most jobs are maintenance upkeep.

Qualifications:

AN ATTITUDE OF HUMILITY AND LEARNING IS A MUST. The ability to receive feedback well, learn from mistakes and not take things personally is of the greatest importance in this role. The clients are right 100% of the time. All egos must be checked at the door. You will make mistakes, or fail to meet the clients expectations from time to time. It is imperative that you are able to receive that feedback from both the client and your trainer with humility and positivity, taking every feedback given as a chance to improve your skill set. We can always work with someone willing to learn. We can not and will not work with someone who is a know it all, defensive or has a bad attitude. You will be terminated promptly if this is noticed by the trainer or the client.

Attention to detail is the second skill set required. The ability to evaluate your own work, with a keen eye for the small things, is invaluable and key to your success in this role.

Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is also highly valued.

Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.

Personal vehicle available for storage of cleaning tools & supplies as well as travel to daily appointments. You will keep your tools and cleaning supplies with you and take them to your jobs daily. You will need to refill your inventory as needed prior to jobs at the company home location.

Cell Phone for communication with team as well as data to clock in and out on company app.

Pay:

$15 per hour plus split tips during on the job training which will last anywhere from 7 -30 days

$16-18 plus tips for probation period 30-90 days. Pay depending on experience and skill level when training

$18-20 plus tips after probation is complete depending on skill set level and experience

$25 plus tips and bonuses for trainer position.

*Tips are not received on every job however they are frequently given by our regular clients. You will receive all your tips unless there is a trainer with you, and you will split those tips.
