Job Overview: 

Are you a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with an eye for design and passion for hands-on work? Our small sign shop is looking to add a talented Graphic Designer to our team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to work closely with customers, create eye-catching designs, and help bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions

Prepare job quotes and layouts for customer approval

Design and prepare files for production using various graphic design software

Print, cut, and apply vinyl and other materials for signs, banners, decals, and more

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment

Qualifications:

Experience in graphic design (1-2 years preferred)

Proficiency with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Experience with sign production, printing, and vinyl cutting is a plus

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage customer expectations

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Must be able to lift 4-50 lbs.

- Previous experience in sign production and installation is preferred, but not required.

- Ability to operate basic tools and machinery.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
