Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing team as a Showing Partner. This is a full-time commitment that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic, including availability for evening and Saturday appointments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

Showings: Accompany clients on property viewings, providing expert insights and answering client questions.

Lead Generation: Cultivate and nurture relationships within your Sphere of Influence (SOI) to generate new business opportunities.

Open Houses: Host and staff open houses for the team.

Client Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and text.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current market trends, inventory, and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must have Active Real Estate License
  • Have the desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business
