Job Description

Type: Half-Time to Full-Time

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Salary: High-Rate Commission Only

Job Description:

We are seeking self-starting and results-driven Account Executives to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering top-notch branding solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to provide personalized services that align with each client’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored branding solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • No fear (or at least an ability to power through!)
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the branding or marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding, promotional products, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive 60% commission rate of the net profit for each sale from each client you source and close. Net profit is calculated simply—removing only the hard costs of production, shipping, and payment fees (if any). A full commission structure document will be provided prior to onboarding.
  • A flexible work environment including the ability to work in office (Bountiful, Utah), remotely, or hybrid. Remote AEs will be required to have consistent virtual face time with the team for training and meetings and one or two in-person events per year.
