Spend a minimum of 6 hours per week.
Spend 4 hours a week min. investigating property and talking to owners regarding their possible interest in selling. Driving, looking at talking with owners is key.
Spend 2 hours a week writing a report and updating records regarding all facts about a property such as location, owner, asking price, contact information, size, closeness to utilities and all other pertinent facts regarding any investment leads found.
Meet at least twice per month with investors (Wed. 11:15 am) at office/coffee house (111 W 9000 S, Sandy, Utah).
The more time you spend, the faster you earn.
This does require someone with an entreprenuer spirit and who wants to make more than an hourly job would bring. This does take consistent work and follow thru.
Reliable car and willingness to follow instructions as well as being self driven. Must present a professional appearance and enjoy talking with people.
Ability to go, perhaps months without a pay check other than a travel allowance, similar in scope to that of a real estate agent but learning from a developer investor position.
