The Senior Accountant will perform tasks for various corporate management companies, assist in the preparation of financial statements, and will be responsible for reporting that supports financial information. • Provides an exceptional customer service experience to all internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates professional communication skills in all forms of communication. Regularly answer phones and respond to emails and instant messaging.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled.
• Performs accounting entry and reconciliation tasks.
• Performs Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties.
• Inventory management.
• Provides support to management related to budgets, audits, and accounting practices.
• Manages QuickBooks for property companies.
• Performs treasury management duties.

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent is preferred
• We strongly desire a history of successful employment with demonstrated leadership experience
• Knowledge of Excel and demonstrates appropriate skill
• Excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
• A desire to learn and grow with a great company
• The ability to adapt quickly to change
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic workplace
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
• You must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks
