We are seeking a full-time Analyst available Monday-Friday to work in our Draper, UT office. This role primarily focuses on planning and analysis, but occasional support with other office tasks may be required

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Organizing data through our planning processes and assisting advisers in creating comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term goals. This includes retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and tax strategies.
• Cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Managing client communication via calls, texts, and emails.
• Resolving service requests and addressing client concerns.
• Assisting with light office administrative tasks.

• High school diploma required; college degree and financial industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate to advanced skills).
• Comfortable working with multiple software tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly and professional phone manner with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small business environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to different roles as needed.

• 30-40+ hours per week.
• In-office position (not remote).
