Job Description:

As a Price Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, calculating accurate estimates, and ensuring cost-effective solutions for our customers. You will play a key role in helping our clients make informed decisions by providing precise pricing and material requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints, project plans, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Calculate measurements, materials, and labor costs for window installations and replacements.
• Utilize various software to generate quotes and proposals.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability of materials.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and project bids.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computers, including the Microsoft Suite and estimation software.
• Ability to focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills
• Prior experience in estimating, construction, or window/door sales is a plus.
