We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting practices, and support our continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, construction-related environment.

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and present accurate financial statements.

Implement and optimize accounting software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Lead strategic financial planning, aligning financial goals with company objectives.

Manage construction accounting, including job costing, WIP schedules, and progress billing.

Provide financial insights to leadership regarding market trends and economic impacts.

Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.

CPA certification required.

Extensive knowledge of construction accounting in a company with $20M+ in annual revenue.

Strong expertise in GAAP financial reporting.

Proven experience in accounting software implementation and optimization.

Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial planning and economic trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
