This is a challenging job, but it has tremendous opportunities to truly help our clients and their families. We’re looking for a role model who thrives on connection with others and is passionate about inspiring hope and resiliency in the therapeutic environment and workplace. This is a place for someone with high levels of patience, empathy, and compassion. We need an ambitious, optimistic team member who is eager to learn and can problem-solve anything.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Do your job with integrity and honesty, while ensuring that documentation is kept accurate and

done with quality in mind. (Yes, that means being on time, showing up when you’re supposed to, following the dress code, and providing quality services to meet the clients’ needs).

for help when you need it. (No Drama! Nobody’s got time for that).
