We are seeking a Controller who is a strong leader, strategic thinker, and passionate about driving financial performance. In this role, you will manage the company’s financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining robust financial controls. The ideal candidate will exhibit a "dog on bone" mentality, relentlessly focusing on delivering results and maintaining consistency, while also being creative in problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior leadership.
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and working capital efficiently.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of finance support professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business goals and operational improvements.
• Ensure proper internal controls and processes are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure consistency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and must be a CPA.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within the supply chain or related industry that has managed thousands of transactions a month.
• Direct experience growing a business and 5xing it.
• Experience managing COG’s using credit cards and terms with thousands of transactions a month.
• Strong knowledge of Quick Books Online and financial reporting, accounting standards, and business processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Ability to focus on details while maintaining a strategic, big-picture outlook.
