Job Summary:

• Lead the installation of polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Properly operate and maintain equipment and materials.
• Meet and exceed production targets.
• Prepare surfaces through patching, repairing, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with job preparation, application, and completion.
• Submit daily reports with project progress, challenges, and photos.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and laborers.
• Assist with tracking inventory, equipment maintenance, and shop organization.
• Train and mentor laborers while efficiently delegating tasks.
• Clock in/out for yourself and crew.
• Upload receipts maintain per diem limits.

Qualifications:

 Minimum 3+ years of Commercial Flooring Experience involving polishing, sealing, and coating concrete (REQUIRED)

Willing to travel and stay out of town as needed

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Sufficient English skills to communicate effectively with stake holders

Expected hours: 32 – 65 per week
