• Enforce workplace safety
• Manage a team of field workers
• Delegating tasks and maintaining work schedules
• Resolve customer complaints
• Onsite safety supervision for on-site safety
• Plan, organize and direct field operations
• Supervising and coaching
• Be able to work overtime
• Have a good work ethic and positive attitude

• Insulation experience is preferred for this position
• Maintain a Valid Drivers License
• Obtain and keep DOT card
• Be able to pass pre employment drug screen
