Comers Concrete is a small, family-oriented company proudly serving statewide DOT contracts across Utah. We are currently seeking a full-time Laborer to join our team at our Salt Lake City concrete batch plant.

As a valued team member, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that define our work. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a close-knit team committed to excellence in every pour.

We’re looking for a trainable, motivated, and hard-working individual with a great attitude who’s ready to grow with us. This is a hands-on role with real opportunity for advancement. If you're eager to learn and willing to put in the work, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily concrete batch plant operations
• Fuel equipment and trucks
• Operate pneumatic systems and manage cement/powder materials
• Perform concrete quality control tasks
• Operate a front-end loader
• General labor and maintenance work
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized site

• Trainable and willing to learn new skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Mechanical aptitude or previous concrete/construction experience is a plus
