Electrical Foreman

As an Electrical Foreman at Touchstone Electric, you will play a critical role in leading project installations and overseeing the work of Journeymen across various job sites. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering top-tier workmanship.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage onsite project installations, including large-scale commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality assurance and control throughout the installation process.
• Conduct safety meetings with crew members to reinforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to installation crews, fostering productivity and professional growth.
• Track and report onsite job hours, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service during installations and post-installation walk-throughs.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and ensure proper equipment setup and operation for optimal performance.
• Uphold strict safety standards, striving for a zero-injury workplace.
• Perform additional duties as required or assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Journeyman Electrician. Preference towards those specializing in commercial electrical systems.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing installation crews.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
