- Draper location
- In office M-F 8-5 - not hybrid or remote
- Contracted for 9-12 months
You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients & related calls to coordinate shipping needs. High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with clients and realted.
Responsibilities
Primarily working with clients for international shipping
Qualifications
- Must have proven CSR experience
- Prefer 8 plus years of successful CSR/Account Management
- High sense of urgency
- Strong communication
- Logistics/Shipping higly preferred/not required
- Intermendiate computer/tech capabilities
