We are seeking an organized and motivated assistant to join our dynamic commercial real estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our office manager, supporting the management of our commercial real estate portfolio. • Assist with the property management of the company’s residential and commercial real estate portfolio.
• Manage real estate purchase contracts and letters of intent and ensure smooth execution using DocuSign and other document management tools.
• Provide exceptional client services and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle the personal needs of senior brokers to support their day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with the office manager to streamline office

• Real estate license preferred but not required.
• Experience in a real estate setting is a necessity.
• Commercial Transaction Coordinator experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with DocuSign and contract management.
• Extreme attention to detail is a MUST.
• Ability to multi-task and have a high level of organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with the team and be able to switch gears on demand.
