• Diagnose/troubleshoot equipment issues
• Understand parts breakdowns and wiring diagrams
• Identify needed parts
• Have verbal and written language skills

• Requires 3-4 years of trade school or experience working on HVAC or related equipment
• Basic skills working with gas burners, commercial electrical systems and/or electronic controls
• Helpful: familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems
• Provide own basic hand tools (tool allowance provided)
• Valid driver license and good driving record
• Pass initial drug screening and background check
• Work independently or with a crew
• Ability to access support systems and solve problems
• Be able to work on a ladder and lift up to 70 lbs.
