Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Property Manager, with office location in Draper, UT managing properties along the Wasatch Front. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance activities. Your daily tasks will include managing property inspections, coordinating repairs, handling tenant communications, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. You will also be tasked with budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring overall satisfaction of tenants. Must be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude. Responsible for working under the direction of Lead Property Manager to support and assist in all aspects of operations. Must be organized and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, display honesty and dependability, and have excellent communication skills.
