Deliver outstanding service to our clients from contract to close.

- Disclose the loan file.

- Order Insurance and Title.

- Submit files to underwriting.

- Communicate with Loan Officers on conditions needed.

- manage loan pipeline.

The ideal candidate:

• Is self motivated

• Is attentive to detail with an ability to problem solve

•Ability to talk with underwriters to communicate questions/differences.

• Is a team player!

• Experience in the industry is a plus but we will train the right person!
