M&T Enterprises is looking for a flatwork foreman in our concrete department. We are looking for someone with experience to oversee and lead concrete projects such as sidewalks, driveways, and other concrete jobs.

• Oversee and manage all flatwork projects
• Lead crew while maintaining a safe work environment
• Communicate well with supervisors and clients
• Finish projects on time according to schedule
• Read plans and grades to properly install a high quality product

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the concrete industry
• Detailed oriented and efficient
• Must read plans and shoot grades
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must pass Pre-employment and all random drug and alcohol tests
• Must have transportation to and from work
• Must be a team player with good leadership skills
